Our documentation services include all the technical drawings and consultant coordination needed to get your design approved and ready to build. That includes floor plans, site plans, elevations, sections, external finishes, electrical layouts, and liaising with consultants such as engineers, certifiers, builders etc.
When it's time to move from design into action, we handle the final stage with care and precision. We understand the requirements, the lingo, and the legislation, and we manage it for you.
We prepare all necessary drawings and documentation required for submission, tailored to your chosen approval pathway, whether DA (Development Application) or CDC (Complying Development Certificate). We ensure every detail aligns with council or certifier requirements, so the approval process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
We also liaise with relevant consultants to finalise any reports needed, ensuring your design is compliant, coordinated, and ready to build.

Our Story

From high school sweethearts and young parents, to business partners and the duo behind Casa Design Co.

Before CASA, we ran a successful residential building company. We knew the industry inside out; the timelines, the technical details, the realities of what it takes to bring a home to life.
But over time, we felt the pull toward something deeper.

We didn’t just want to build homes that ticked boxes, we wanted to design homes that held people’s stories.
Spaces that felt calm, connected, and completely considered.
Spaces that supported the messy, beautiful, everyday moments that actually make life feel full.

So we shifted gears, stepping out of construction and into the heart of where a home begins: residential building design.

Now, with one of us leading with creativity and the other grounded in construction know-how, we bring clarity, warmth, and purpose to every project. We design homes that don’t just work, they feel right.
