• How long does the whole process take?

Every project is a little different, but our full design process usually takes between 8–14 weeks. Timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and how quickly decisions are made, but we’ll guide you clearly through each stage.

• Do you take care of submission & approval?

Yes definitely! We’re well versed in both Council Development Applications (DA) and Private Certifier Complying Development Certificates (CDC). We prepare the documentation, coordinate consultants, and submit everything on your behalf.

• Do you offer 3D renders/visualisation?

Yes, our 3D visualisations are an optional add on for clients who want to really see and feel their space before it’s built. It’s a great tool for clarity and confidence.

• Do I need a builder or designer first?

Most clients come to us first, once the approved concepts are complete they can be used to begin getting quotes and selecting a builder.

• Do you work with builders?

We sure do, we like to collaborate with builders as early as possible! Our documentation is builder-ready and designed to support a smooth construction process. One of our key advantages at CASA is that Isaac spent years as a licensed builder before transitioning into design.

That means we’re able to bring construction insight into the process from day one, flagging structural challenges early, helping you make practical design decisions, and ensuring everything we draw is actually buildable.

• Can you work with tricky blocks?

Yes, we’re experienced in designing for challenging sites and making the most of their natural features, orientation, and constraints.
