That includes floor plans, site plans, elevations, sections, external finishes, electrical layouts, and liaising with consultants such as engineers, certifiers, builders etc.

  • When it's time to move from design into action, we handle the final stage with care and precision. We understand the requirements, the lingo, and the legislation, and we manage it for you.

    We prepare all necessary drawings and documentation required for submission, tailored to your chosen approval pathway, whether DA (Development Application) or CDC (Complying Development Certificate). We ensure every detail aligns with council or certifier requirements, so the approval process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

    We also liaise with relevant consultants to finalise any reports needed, ensuring your design is compliant, coordinated, and ready to build.

We’re Ellie & Isaac

From high school sweethearts to partners in life & business, we're the duo behind Casa Design Co.
She imagines the flow, the feeling, the light. He ensures every beam, line, and corner holds up.
Together, we bring something most studios can't: creativity and construction, working as one.

Before Casa Design Co, Isaac spent 15 years in the industry as a licensed builder and together we ran a successful residential building company. We knew the world inside out, the timelines, the technical details, the realities of what it takes to bring a home to life. But over time, we felt the pull toward something deeper. We didn't just want to build homes that ticked boxes, we wanted to design homes that held people's stories.

So we stepped out of construction and into the heart of where a home truly begins, residential building design. We truly believe your home isn't just walls and floors, it's morning coffees in the sunlight, families gathering, quiet nights by the fire, windows framing the views, spaces that create lifelong memories… Those are the moments we design for.

We've spent years refining what homes should feel like, calm, connected, and perfectly aligned with how you actually live. Now we lead every project with that in mind: spaces that don't just work, they feel right too.
